Privacy & Cookies

• Account details: your name and email address, and your password (kept only as a secure, one-way hash, so we never store it in plain text).
• Family & children: the profiles you create for your children (their name, and any optional details you add), and the clubs and teams they belong to.
• Club & activity data: the clubs, teams, rosters, calendars, events, payment/deadline responses, and achievements you or your club record in the app.
• Technical data: to keep you signed in, we store a sign-in token in your browser. Our servers may also keep standard logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the service secure and reliable.

We use your information to provide ClubSorted: to show your calendars and activities, manage club and team membership, send the notifications you've chosen to receive, and keep your account secure. We do not sell your personal data.

Essential. We store a sign-in token in your browser's local storage so you stay logged in. The app can't work without it, and it isn't used to track you.

Analytics (optional). If you accept, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how ClubSorted is used so we can improve it. It sets its own cookies (for example _ga) and shares usage data with Google. Analytics is off by default and only runs after you opt in.

When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline analytics. You can change your choice at any time from Profile → Analytics. Declining keeps analytics off. Everything else in ClubSorted works exactly the same.

• Google: receives analytics data only if you opt in (see above).
• Email delivery: we use an email provider to send account and notification emails. We keep these minimal and avoid including other people's personal details.
• We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

Children's profiles are created and controlled by their parent or guardian. As a parent, you manage your children's details and can update or remove them at any time.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account, which removes your personal data from ClubSorted. Copies may remain in our secure backups for a limited period before they're overwritten, and basic technical logs (such as IP addresses) are kept only as long as needed to keep the service secure and working. We may keep limited information for longer where the law requires it, or to resolve a dispute or prevent misuse.

Depending on where you live (for example, under UK/EU GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us at hello [at] clubsorted [dot] com.

We may update this notice from time to time. When we do, we'll post the updated version here and revise the date at the top.
